The City of Hialeah, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), is hereby soliciting proposals from all qualified companies that wish to provide the City with disaster Debris monitoring services and fixed site monitoring services, which may include overseeing and monitoring the removal of large volumes of disaster-generated Debris from public property, public rights-of-way, and at Temporary Debris Staging and Reduction Sites, and the disposal of said Debris in a timely, lawful and cost-effective manner, immediately after a hurricane or other natural disaster. Any Person wishing to submit a proposal must comply with the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “Solicitation”) for Disaster Debris Monitoring Services (RFP No. 2020-21-8500- 36-002). Copies of the Solicitation may be obtained from the City’s Purchasing Department, City Hall, 501 Palm Avenue, 4th Floor, Hialeah, Florida.
