Notice of Virtual Special Public Meeting of the Board of Directors of COHEA, INC
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors for the City of Hialeah Education Academy, Inc., a Florida Non-Profit Corporation will hold a VIRTUAL Special Public Meeting at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors is called to discuss eligibility and application for a loan under the Paycheck Protection Program of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) to fund permitted charter school operational costs and to hold conduct its annual corporate meeting.
The meeting will follow the guidelines and procedures for virtual special public meetings adopted by the City of Hialeah by Emergency Order of the Mayor. For detailed instructions and other information on how to provide public comments or participate in the meeting using any of the options described in this Notice please refer to the guidelines and procedures available on the City’s website at www.hialeahfl.gov.
