Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the City of Hialeah Employee’s Retirement System will hold a VIRTUAL Special Public Meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2020. The Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees is called to approve matters deemed essential to carry out the Board of Trustee’s duties in overseeing the proper management and administration of the City’s Employee’s Retirement System during the pendency of the public health emergency. The agenda for this Special Meeting is available to the public on the City’s website and can be accessed at http://www.hialeahfl.gov/AgendaCenter/Employees-Retirement-System-2. The Secretary of the Board can also email a copy of the agenda to anyone who requests a copy by telephone at (305) 883-5872 or by email at shorta@hialeahfl.gov.
