Locations for Unemployment Forms
The City of Hialeah will be Opening 4 Locations to Provide Unemployment Forms and Assistance to Those Who Need Unemployment Benefits
Due to the overwhelming demand with the need for unemployment benefits, the City of Hialeah in conjunction with State Speaker Jose Oliva, State Senator Manny Diaz, and State Representative Bryan Avila will be opening 4 locations to give unemployment applications and assistance to all who are in need to apply, and due to high demand has not been able to get through the State of Florida
unemployment website or 1-800 hotline number.
Beginning Wednesday, April 8, 2020, the new schedule for collecting unemployment and assistance applications will be from 10:00am to 3:00pm until further notice. This is a drive-thru event. You must be in a vehicle to receive the unemployment application. If you do not meet these requirements, unfortunately, you will not be served. We look forward to your full collaboration. Goodlet Park (4200 West 8th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33012)
John F. Kennedy Library (190 West 49th Street, Hialeah, FL 33012)
Babcock Park (651 East 4th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33010)
La Ciudad de Hialeah abrirá 4 ubicaciones para proporcionar formularios y asistencia a aquellos que necesiten beneficios de desempleo
Debido a la abrumadora demanda con la necesidad de beneficios de desempleo, la Ciudad de Hialeah en union con el Presidente de la camara de Representantes de la Florida José Oliva, el Senador estatal Manny Díaz y el Representante estatal Bryan Avila abrirán 4 ubicaciones para dar solicitudes y asistencia a todos los que necesiten solicitarlar beneficios de desempleo, y debido a la gran demanda no han podido acceder a través del sitio web del Estado de Florida o al número de línea directa 1-800.
A partir del Miercoles 8 de abril de 2020, el nuevo horario para recoger las solicitudes de desempleo y asistencia será de 10:00am a 3:00pm hasta nuevo aviso. Le recordamos que solamente serán atendidos aquellos que lo hagan a través de su vehículo.No olvidemos que necesitamos seguir manteniendo la distancia social, quienes no cumplan estos requisitos lamentablemente no podrán ser atendidos.
