Councilman Jesus Tundidor was born and raised in the City of Hialeah where he attended the public school system up to sophomore year. He later graduated from Monsignor Edward Pace High School. Jesus attended Florida International University, where he graduated with a Masters in Business Administration specialized in Healthcare. Jesus is currently married to his high school sweetheart, Nicole. They married in Immaculate Conception, their hometown parish. Jesus and his wife enjoy teaching salsa dancing, all outdoor activities, reading and traveling.

Jesus Tundidor worked in the Florida Legislature for State Senator Rene Garcia as his Senior Legislative Aide where he focused on the senator’s healthcare legislation and budget priorities. After transitioning out of the Florida Senate, Jesus Tundidor began a career in healthcare and is currently part of the Operations Team for a Florida Medicaid Managed Care Plan.
Councilman Jesus Tundidor served on the City of Hialeah Planning and Zoning Board from 2015 to 2018. Jesus was voted Vice-Chair by his peers on his last year. During this time period, Jesus also served as Treasurer for the Hialeah Kiwanis club. As an officer of this club, Jesus was able to raise funds for back to school supplies targeting low-income families. Councilman Tundidor is always seeking ways to give back to his community.
