SEARCH and VICTORY in Hialeah

The City of Hialeah brought both Project SEARCH and Project VICTORY to its community and has since hosted over 150 students.

Both programs supported the City’s initiative to further opportunities for the special needs population by emphasizing the development of skills necessary for employment. Participants work in City facilities and departments, ranging from the Mayor’s office to the Fleet Maintenance garage and gain work experience and self-confidence, while contributing greatly to each department’s mission.
