The Beautification Committee shall serve to recommend to the Mayor and City Council in an advisory capacity the pursuit of initiatives that will promote the beautification of the City, including but not limited to inculcating civic pride, and to motivate the City's population to participate and establish working partnerships with local business owners, stakeholders and other organizations to promote, encourage and support the participation in beautification projects and clean-up activities that will benefit the community.
