Palm Center Parking Garage-February 23, 2012
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department completed a new four story pre-cast parking structure. The parking is composed of approximately 350 parking spaces that will be shared by the new 72 Unit housing project, currently under construction, and the Hialeah Housing Authority.

Milander Parking Garage-August 20, 2010
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department completed a new two story pre-cast parking structure for new Milander complex. The parking garage is composed of approximately 304 parking spaces.

Hialeah High Parking Garage-August 6, 2009
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department completed a new three stories pre-cast parking garage at 4775 East 1 Avenue.  

300 Units-October 31, 2008
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department completed a  new 300 unit elderly housing apartment complex at 1350 West 26 Place. The complex is composed of 4 buildings with 75 1 bedroom/1bathroom units each.
