300 Unit Recreation Center
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department is proposing a new 4000 square foot recreation center including a kitchen, office, restrooms, multi-purpose room, outdoor covered area, and restrooms for the use of the elderly housing residents. Scheduled completion-Summer 2013.

Palm Center Parking Lot Renovation
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department is proposing to reconstruct the existing parking lot at the Palm Center located at 275 Palm Avenue which includes lighting and security upgrades. Scheduled completion-Spring 2013.
