Cultural Park - 1850 W 76 St.
New cultural/passive park consisting of paved walking trails, historic murals, parking areas, monuments, amphitheater, benches for seating areas, site lighting, elevated stage with turf seating, lush landscaping and hardscaping.

Hialeah Educational Academy - 2501 W 77 Ct.
The City of Hialeah is proposing to build new addition to the HEA Charter School located at 2501 W. 77th Street. The new addition will consist of a 2 story building with 8 classrooms, exterior stairways, walkway connections to the existing building, hallways, existing parking lot modifications, fencing and gates, irrigation and landscaping.   

Public Works Department - Phase 3 & 4 - 465 W 37 St.
This consists of the demolition of the two (2) buildings that house the operations department, stockroom, meter repair room, and pump station warehouse.  This will allow us to
construct a new surface parking lot with new drainage, dumpster enclosure and an enclosed area to maintain materials for small street repairs.

Emergency Operations Center – 808 E 56 St.
This project consists of the remodeling of the old 911 Communications Building.  It will be the new home of The City of Hialeah Office of Emergency Management.  The O.E.M. works with all of the City’s different departments and community to ensure that we will be ready to respond and recover from a natural or man-made emergency.  It will also serve as a backup 911 Call Center.


Milander Park Recreation Center - 4700 Palm Ave.
This project consists of the complete interior remodeling and re-roof of the Recreation building.  It will include changes to the existing offices including new windows, flooring, light fixtures, and new means of egress.  The bathrooms will also be remodeled and  be made ADA compliant.
