The City of Hialeah is currently building a 9 Unit Elderly Housing Complex located at 45 W. 6th Street.  The 4 story building will include 9 one bedroom units, a laundry room, storage rooms, garbage room, elevator & electrical rooms. Scheduled completion-Early 2013.

Milander Auditorium
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department is proposing to build a new Multi-purpose center, located at 4800 Palm Avenue.  The building will be a 2 story CBS structure with a mezzanine and will contain three meeting rooms/halls, fully equipped kitchen, a garden terrace, amphitheater, arts & crafts room, gathering and exhibit areas, a children’s recreation/summer camp area, electrical, mechanical, storage and audio/video rooms. Scheduled completion-Spring 2013.

72 Units and Multi-purpose room at Palm Center
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department is currently building a new 72 unit apartment complex including a multi-purpose room for the elderly at 275 Palm Avenue. The complex will be composed of 1 building – 5 stories high. Scheduled completion-Fall 2013.

35 Units and Recreation Center
The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department is currently building a new 35 unit apartment complex including a recreation area and outside seating area for the elderly at 355 E. 32nd Street. The complex will be composed of 1 building – 6 stories high. Scheduled completion-Fall 2013.
