The City of Hialeah and Fresco y Mas Collaborate to Present the City's 31st Annual Turley Trot

What: Mayor Carlos Hernandez and the City Council invite our friends from the media to join us for the 31st Annual Turkey Trot. Boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 13 are invited to join in what has become a Hialeah holiday tradition.
Prizes for the Turkey Trot include turkeys, which will be awarded to the first place winners in each category, and apple and pumpkin pies for second and third place winners. All who place also receive ribbons and trophies.
All participating children should be pre-registered for the event. On the day of the Turkey Trot, check-in will begin at 3:00pm and close at 4:00 pm. Races will begin promptly at 5:00pm. The first 400 participants to register will receive a free event t-shirt. Supporting sponsors of this event include Coca-Cola and Papa John’s Pizza.
