Emerly has been a victim advocate in our police department since 2014. She has experience working in the mental health field with populations with severe mental illnesses, dual diagnosis, and chronic illnesses. Additionally, Emerly worked as a case manager assisting individuals and families with community resources and as a crisis hotline counselor in the national suicide hotline. Her education includes a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, a bachelor's degree in psychology and a victim service practitioner designation.
