The City of Hialeah Recreation & Community Services Department provides a program that seeks to prevent crime, violence and drug abuse among youths. The program’s aim is to strengthen our youth with knowledge and skills necessary to be productive citizens and offers them positive alternatives to combat negative behavior. The program is open to all youth, ages 12-17 living in the City of Hialeah and students seeking community service opportunities.
