Rental Fee: Monday – Friday $800.00
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays $850.00

Rental Fee Includes:

  • Rental of the premises from 10:00 am- 2:00 am
  • Walk-In freezer
  • Cleanup and stand-by personnel
  • Stage and public address system
  • Two dressing rooms

* Rental fee does not include cost of police personnel. 
* There is no set-up charge.
* A $100.00 per hour surcharge will be assessed after 2:00am

Insurance Requirements:

A) $500,000 coverage naming the City of Hialeah as additionally insured.

Ted Hendricks Stadium

Ted Hendricks Stadium, located in the heart of Hialeah, plays host to over 20 high school Football games, the Copa Latina Soccer Tournament, as well as, numerous special events throughout the year.

Rental Fee:  $1,000.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater

Rental Fee Includes:

  • Stadium Manager
  • 2 Concession stands operated by the City of Hialeah only.
  • Scoreboard Operator
  • 2 locker rooms
  • Lights

Bucky Dent Park Softball Complex

Bucky Dent Park Softball Complex is host to league and tournament play year-round. It has been selected three times to host the Amateur Softball Association’s (ASA) Men’s Major Modified National Championship, drawing teams from the entire continental United States.

Prior to rental, a permit must be obtained from the Department of Parks and Recreation main office. All requests must be in writing and include the following:

  • State the nature of the activity and approximate number of teams, participants and spectators involved in the activity.
  • Number of fields requested to be used.
  • Calendar dates and hours fields requested.
  • Whether the agency or organization is not-for-profit or profit.
  • Any additional information that would assist the Recreation and Community Services Department to evaluate the request.
All entities, individuals, or organizations sponsoring tournaments or activities in the City of Hialeah Parks (including Bucky Dent park) shall be permitted one event annually.

Rental Fee: $15 per hour per field (daytime)
                   $20 per hour per field (evening)

Rental Fee Includes:

  • Dragging and lining of fields
  • Setting of bases
  • Use of the Press box.

Cleanup Fees:  All tournament users shall post a $200 deposit fee, in the form of a Cashier’s Check or Money Order, prior to conducting the tournament. This fee shall be credited to the final balance due, including the rental fees.

Insurance Requirements:  $500,000 per incident and occurrence in both property and bodily injury and the City of Hialeah must be named as additionally insured

Not-For-Profit Organizations must provide the following:

  • Current certified Certificate of Status from the Florida Dept. of State
  • Copy of organization’s corporate annual report
  • Copies of team rosters listing all participants
  • Copy of tournament bracket 72 hours prior to the start of the tournament

McDonald Park:

Pavilion usage requires reservation. The pavilions are only available to Hialeah residents. Reservations must be made in person at McDonald Aquatic Center. Proof of residency (driver's license and utility bill) must be presented at the time of reservation. Rental fee includes barbecue grill and picnic tables.

The following rates will be for outside organizations that are interested in using the Goodlet Park Theatre for an extended period of time.

(5) Weekends = 10 shows @ $300.00 per day w/ 25 allotted tickets per show for community members.

(4) Weekends = 8 shows @ $350.00 per day w/ 25 allotted tickets per show for community members.

(3) Weekends = 6 shows @ $400.00 per day w/ 25 allotted tickets per show for community members.
