The Multiple Offender Surveillance Team is a specialized group of detectives. The unit is responsible for all special investigations that are not narcotics or vice related. This highly trained surveillance team assists all other units within the Criminal Investigations Division with surveillance's for the gathering of intelligence and criminal apprehensions.
