The Personnel Records/Subpoenas Unit coordinates with the Law Department all subpoenas for "Public Records Requests" for personnel files. The Unit also handles all of the billing and processing of these requests and assists with the attendance and evaluations on a daily basis for accuracy and compliance with rules and regulations as outlined in the PBA and AFSCME Contracts.
