Mission Statement

	Fleet departments main goal is to maintain our fleet on the job. We strive to keep our down time (time vehicle spends in the shops) to a minimum. By keeping a good preventive maintenance program in place, we can make minor repairs before they turn into large and costly ones. Fleet has other issues besides just repairing and maintaining cars, trucks, motorcycles, and small engine equipment. We make a conscious effort to always find ways to conserve our environment. By following standards set by our government, attending seminars, and educating our staff we are committed to keeping Hialeah a beautiful place for the citizens to enjoy for generations to come.
