Kids ages 6-12 can beat the heat at the City of Hialeah’s Creative Learning & Play Summer Camp. The program offers field trips, Reading tutoring, sports, swimming, movies, arts & crafts and much more. Registrations will be start on
April 12 and run through June 4, 2010. Late Registration will begin on June
7, 2010.

| *A $5.00 late pickup fee is charged per 15 minutes per family after 6:30pm. |

Registration
Registration begins on April 12 and runs through June 4, 2010
Late Registration begins on June 7, 2010. There will be a $15 late processing fee
after June 7th. |

To Register you will need:
Copy of child's Birth Certificate
Current Photo of child
Child's Student ID number
Child's current report card
$20 registration fee |

It is mandatory that all parents attend the parent orientation (DATE TBA).
