 After leaving the Planning Division, your application and plans will go to the Building Division, where it will be reviewed by the building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, flood and structural divisions for compliance.
Each discipline will review the plans and make correction comments where necessary. Once the review has been approved, the application is ready to be processed by the process clerk.
