ADVISORY EMERGENCY WATER MAIN SHUTDOWN
DATE OF NOTIFICATION: August 18th, 2020 DATE OF THE JOB TO BE PERFORMED: August 19th, 2020
The Hialeah Department of Public Works will be working at 430 E 28th St, starting at 9:00 AM on August 19th, 2020 replacing and/or repairing a water distribution system valve(s). During this period you may experience times without water service. The Department will attempt to minimize impact to our customers by undertaking repairs during times of low demand. This notice is a precautionary advisory that ALL water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used. The precautionary boil water advisory will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.
