Emergency Water Main Shutdown Advisory 154

ADVISORY EMERGENCY WATER MAIN SHUTDOWN

DATE OF NOTIFICATION: August 3th, 2021
DATE OF THE JOB TO BE PERFORMED: August 4th, 2021

The Hialeah Department of Public Works will be working, on August 4th,
2021, replacing and/or repairing a water distribution system valve(s). During
this period, you may experience times without water service. The Department
will attempt to minimize impact to our customers by undertaking repairs
during times of low demand.
This notice is a precautionary advisory that ALL water used for drinking,
cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling
boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used

The precautionary boil water advisory will remain in effect until the
problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water
is safe to drink.

Along: West 68th Street (North side)
East: West 17th Court
West: West 20th Avenue
Children’s Paradise Learning Center #6 is within
the affected area.
