When is Art on Palm?
Art on Palm will be on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020.
Where is Art on Palm located?
Art on Palm is located on Palm Avenue between 8th and 5th Street.
What time does Art on Palm start?
This year, Art on Palm will begin at 5:00PM and will run until 12:00AM.
Do I have to pay to go to Art on Palm?
No. The event is completely FREE to the public.
Where can I find parking?
There is parking available at the City of Hialeah City Hall garage free of charge at a first come first serve. Once the garage is full, you can find parking along the streets near the event.
Will there be food available?
There will be a variety of food trucks at the event. We have everything from savory to sweet to meet your cravings!
Will there be alcohol available?
We will have beer and wine being sold at the event. Please be aware that anyone consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older.
What happens if it rains?
The show must go on! This is a rain or shine event.
What items are prohibited at the event?
Weapons of any kind, projectiles, glass bottles, coolers, laser pointers, air horns or other noisemakers.
Will there be restrooms available?
There will be portable bathrooms available for use at the event.
Are there spaces available for me to sell my artwork?
Please contact the Communications and Special Events Department at (305) 889-5701 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if spaces are still available.
What time do I need to arrive to set up my booth?
Artist check-in will take place between 12:00-1:30PM at the Artist/Vendor Check-In tent located on East 6th Street in front of the Parking Garage. After 1:30PM, you may forfeit your space.
What happens if I walk away from my booth?
You are responsible for overseeing your booth. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost items. Please have at least one person at the booth at all times.
How do I display my artwork?
We encourage the use of easels and other free-standing presentation equipment. Banners, signs, and/or artwork may be hung with tie-wraps or hangers from horizontal tent frame ONLY. NO HOLES may be placed in your tent top. NO TAPE (Duct, masking, double-sided, etc.) is allowed on tents. Please follow these rules to avoid incurring damage charges.
When can I start picking up?
We ask that beginning at 10:00PM you collect your personal belongings and clean up the area within your tent. Event staff will collect the table, chairs, lights, and tent.
At what time do the performers start?
The performances start at 5:00PM and will continue all night.
Who are the artists that are performing?
This year we will have performances by:

- DJ Nancy Starr
What other entertainment do you have to offer?
We have different art vendors that you can explore. We also have live artists around the event that you watch as they complete a mural for the event. We will have a car show, kid zone, and bingo tournaments!
