Goodlet Park was named after James H. Goodlet, a World War 2 Air Force veteran. He was also the City of Hialeah's City Clerk from 1968 to 1979.
Goodlet Park is also home to Goodlet Tennis Center and Goodlet Theater; two sub-sections of the park that offer athletic and cultural art opportunities respectively for our residents.
Goodlet Park is the City's largest recreational facility and centrally located to cater to thousands of Hialeah residents.
