Our Teachers
Our instructors bring various skill sets to the program to help ensure a safe, supportive and educational environment for your child.
Certified, Trained & Diverse
Our staff includes state-certified teachers, trained counselors and program leaders. There are CPR and first aid certified staff at every site. Staff meet Level 2 screening requirements as described in F.S. 1012.32 (Florida Statutes).
We contract with a diverse and talented group of community-based instructors for enrichment activities. Please ask us what fun, enriching activities are upcoming this session.
Inclusion Support
Program accommodations include a master inclusion teacher, a behavioral analyst consultant for individual cases as needed, as well as daily inclusion aides and trained staff on-site.
These staff members apply behavior modification techniques for children with behavior challenges and educational strategies for those who have learning difficulties and attention deficits.
Our out-of-school staff-to-child ratios are 1:15. Services are administered at a 1:3 staff-to-child ratio for children with specific behavior concerns and a ratio of 1:5 may be provided for children who may need additional support. Our program has been recognized by the Trust as an example of "best practices" of inclusion by an out of school provider.
