Café Literario's 2020 Virtual Poetry Contest Awards

The Hialeah Public Libraries’ Café Literario held its first virtual poetry contest awards via Zoom. Congratulations to the winners and all the participants! The Café continues to be a meeting place for literature lovers. Our virtual appointment is open on Saturdays at 2:00 PM. Café Literario Book Club 

Alternating Saturdays at 2 p.m.

The Café Literario Book Club is a meeting place for literature lovers. We invite you to join us in an enlightening journey through the world of the written word, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at John F. Kennedy Library. This program is conducted in Spanish.

ESOL classes are offered at the John F. Kennedy Library, Monday through Thursday, from noon to 2:30 p.m. Classes are not held during the summer. Check our calendar for more information.

Writer's Workshop / Taller de Escritores 

Select Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.

Join Wilde e-Library’s Writer’s Workshop on Tuesday, May 8th from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Participants will learn creative writing techniques and how to develop their own writing style. For more information, call 305-818-9766.
