Homework Help

Mondays through Thursdays

Homework Help is a program where parents and kids will be able to receive assistance with the day’s homework assignments and find the resources they need to complete them. The program is provided at John F. Kennedy Library, Mondays through Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Hialeah Makers

Second Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m.

Hialeah Makers is a program designed to foster creativity and interest in the world of science through experiments and hands-on activities.

Pre-K Storytime

First Saturday of every month at 11:00 a.m.

Pre-K Storytime is a program designed to give young children the opportunity to socialize, practice listening skills, and reading comprehension.

STEM Saturday

Second Saturday of every month at 11:00 a.m.

STEM Saturday is a program designed to help children ages 5 -15 to learn about Science and Math with the help from Florida International University undergraduate and medical students.

Family Storytime

Third Saturday of every month at 11:00 a.m. (Bilingual)

Family Storytime is a bilingual storytelling program that foster the love of reading and help develop early literacy skills through stories and fun activities.
